2027 Armor Lite Belly Dump Trailer – 40' Tandem Axle Bottom Dump

The new 2027 Armor Lite Belly Dump Trailer is built for demanding aggregate hauling, road construction, and material transport applications. Featuring a 40-foot overall length, 96-inch width, and 60-inch side height, this heavy-duty bottom dump trailer offers a 23.5 cubic yard capacity, providing a durable and efficient solution for hauling sand, gravel, crushed rock, and other bulk materials.

Built with 16-gauge corrugated high-strength steel side sheets, a reinforced hopper constructed from 10-gauge Grade 50 steel, and heavy-duty 3/16-inch Grade 50 steel dump doors, this Armor Lite trailer is engineered for durability and dependable performance. The 54" x 108" hopper opening features rubber gate seals and an 8-inch air cylinder with a 60-gallon air reservoir. A Versa electric/manual gate control system provides convenient operation.

Additional features include a Cramaro electric flip tarp, an oscillating fifth wheel, aluminum bolt-on fenders, and a fixed rear push block.

The trailer rides on tandem 25,000-lb axles with Ridewell air ride suspension and features cut- and chip-resistant tires and polished aluminum outer wheels.
